In the application, please indicate the order number, your name and surname, and the method of refund.

The cost of returning the goods is covered by you. Shipments without return shipping costs are not accepted.
The cost of the purchased goods will be refunded within 14 days after receiving the return of the purchased goods using the same payment method you used or in another way of returning the goods specified in the application.
